Subject: What to do when your children are spoilt

Hi {your name},

I hope you're well. I have a question for you today. It's about my children.

I have two children, and they are always so spoilt. I can't seem to get them to behave or do anything that I ask them too.

I'm finding it difficult to control them, and even if I try and discipline them, it doesn't work. They just don't listen!

What should I do?
